Mikey had his last game of the season today. He played catcher ... Mikey is the ONLY kid in his league that actually throws his mask off to make a play. He sees his big brother doing it - monkey see, monkey do! He made the play today ... note the coach from the other team comforting the player that was out at home plate!

Nice going, Mikey! That's a very "professional" move--to remove your mask to go after the ball! It's also a good thing to have a big brother!

That's why WLU (women like us) could never play competitive sports! I felt bad for the boy who was out at homeplate too...but didn't want to say it. Thank God for the creative arts!
